I see deals for a dozen roses around Valentine's Day and stuff like that, but does anybody know a good place to get a deal on a dozen roses when there is no holiday or special event? I normally wouldn't splurge on something of this nature, but I'm thinking about going for it, since it would be for a special birthday. I'm pretty sure the recipient has never been gifted a full dozen roses before, and even though she tends to lean more toward the practical side, I think everyone should have a dozen roses at least once in her lifetime. What do you think? Good idea or no? Do you know anywhere to get a reasonable deal? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
