My mom has been looking for a really good eye liner for herself because everything that she buys, she just doesn't like. I use E.L.F. eye liner stick and I absolutely love it, so I bought her one, but she stupidly broke it and got too frustrated with it so she's given up. What type of eye liner do you use / love? Nothing that's going to be super expensive, like definitely less than $10 per stick.
