Help! I have just had to scrap my Vauxhall Zafira as the cost of repair was more than the value of the car. I now have a bit of a predicament. We live in a semi-rural area and I have four children. A seven-seater car is a necessity. I am a bit rubbish with cars though and I don't really understand them. I didn't like the Zafira because it had now space for bags/ prams/ shopping once everyone was in it. Prior to that I had a Hyundai Trajet that I loved because it had plenty of space. I am saving up desperately for a new car as I am really struggling without one. My two questions are: 1) what MPVs are reasonably cheap second-hand? I am noticing quite a big difference between makes/ models of cars. 2) which MPVs have a decent amount of space inside? I need to be able to put a double buggy, shopping, luggage or camping equipment inside. Any help or advice would be really appreciated
