I live in Arizona and am not sure if there are Bookman's stores in other states. Bookman's is a used book/CD/movie exchange similar to Hastings. I frequent the stores in Tucson and they are fantastic. Helpful staff, great selection, and great price. Recently they had a store that had to close for some kind of maintenance/repair that was unexpected and lasted a couple of months. Bookman's arranged for their employees to spend their average hours of weekly work doing community service and volunteering and paid them their normal wage. That blew me away. There are clearly not enough businesses like this operating today.
