I was a little skeptical at first about spending 400 dollars on a bread maker, but once I tasted the fresh baked bread I changed my mind. All I have to do is put the ingredients in the morning and set it what time I want the bread done, and by the time I get home there is fresh hot baked bread waiting to be taken out of the machine. I use it at least twice a week and now I would never buy store bought bread. I have tried numerous recipes and have loved them all. Breville will also make jam, pizza dough, gluten free bread, yeast free recipes, and even sweet breads. There is a dispenser to put nuts, oats, grains, or whatever you want to add to your bread and dispenses it at the right time. I have to say this is one of the best investments I have ever made.
