Is Quill.com as big as Staples, Ofiice Max and Office Depot in terms of items sold every week? Does anyone here use them? I just recently heard of them, went to their website and they do seem very professional. I usually get my supplies from Concord Supplies online but since I am always looking to save a dollar or two I would appreciate customer feedback about Quill.
I recently purchased two items from Quill.com. I purchased from them because I was able to net 30 days credit. One items was received with no problems, but the second item was missing the most important component. I contacted customer service and was able to resolve the situation quickly. They aren't as cheap as Staples, but the 30 days credit makes it worth it for some purchases.
