I have definitely learned not to use my debit card for online purchases. I'm confident that had I used either my credit card or PayPal account, I would've been able to claim back my money. But hey, we learn from our mistakes every day, and I sure learned a good few things from that particular episode! -and I refuse to be stung again.
@joshc428....Wow, I'm really impressed that you've actually received a response from SammyDress! This is really saying something because when I found myself in a similar situation with another 'online retailer' called CauseWay they responded just the one time, and even then they were RUDE, abrupt and uncompromising! They insisted there was nothing wrong with their merchandise and wouldn't listen to reason, wouldn't work with me to address my complaints! So this is new from a retailer of this type.
