Buying jewelry in locally owned and managed stores

    I've found with most local stores you can haggle prices down, even when the product is discounted. I personally will never buy a 18ct gold item by the tagged price since I've been able to haggle $200+ off items before. Definitely discuss with the jeweler while choosing a piece!

    Yeah, you got that right! For me, its better to buy jewelry in my area's local stores.
    You are more than just customers to them but they treat you as a friend.
    They give you discounts even if you don't ask them too and you can definitely have a refund or exchange if you don't found the jewelry fascinating after a few days.
    Its not just jewelry stores but any store that is in your local area is way better to shop.
