Where I work we have a cafeteria and I have the option of buying a 10 meals card to get a good discount. I do it all the time, I spent a few years not doing it and one day I woke up to reality lol. You have this option where you take your meals?

I don't have this option at all where I am right now.

Back in college, though, there was a meal plan option and it saved me soooo much money. I was able to have hot meals, but it also meant I could grab things like fresh fruit or pop-tarts, etc, that I could take back to my dorm for later on. It meant I wasn't splurging unnecessarily when I got hungry and wasn't near my own place.

I think that option should be available in more places, people would start going there daily. When I buy those 10 meals cards I pay 37.50€, so each meal goes down to 3,75€ (dish, drink and soup or dessert), so it's pretty good. If I don't buy the cards each meal is 4.25€, so I'm saving 0,50€ daily, 10 easy € at the end of the month. :)
