I use Charter Communications for my home phone, internet, and cable provider. The only issue that I can see with this company is I am having issues with calling from the home phone, and it is supposed to be unlimited long distance. I was trying to call one of the counties right near where I live and the operator comes in saying dial a 1 or 0 when dialing the number, and it still doesn't work. I have contacted this company numerous times, but if anyone else has experienced this, please let me know if there is a solution.
