This is just like making cole slaw. The ingredients are 1 head cabbage, 1 cup flour, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon salt, dash of pepper, cooking oil.

Grate the cabbage and remove the hard parts. Make the batter by dissolving the flour in ½ cup water. Add the salt and pepper plus the beaten egg. Mix the batter very well. Heat the pan with just enough cooking oil. In a small soup bowl, put the desired amount of cabbage then pour the batter. Mix it very well before putting on the pan for frying. Repeat the procedure until all the cabbage are cooked.

This is best eaten right after frying. Ketchup or worcestershire will enhance your cabbage burger.

I definitely like anything related to cabbage like kimchi. Anyway, do you think cabbage is one of the cheaper vegetables? Where are the best strategies to get the cheapest cabbage where you live?

Sounds good. I haven't tried cabbage burger yet, it seems easy to make even if I don't know how to cook, so I will try it sometime.
