The amount of ingredients depends on the number of diners. The ingredients are corn on the cob, beef strips, garlic, ginger, onions, pepper leaves or moringa, fish sauce, oil. Boil the beef strips until tender. You can use a pressure cooker if you desire. Scrape the corn from the cob. Crush the garlic and ginger, slice the onions. Saute the garlic, ginger and onion in a pan. Add the fish sauce and let fry for 30 seconds before adding the stock of the beef strips. Upon boiling, add the corn and let it cook until the corn is tender. Add the beef strips and the leaves. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Best to eat with steamed rice.
