This is not our original although we have some modifications. The ingredients are squash, garlic and onion, flour, eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper, oil. Peel and slice the squash and boil until tender. Crush the garlic and slice the onion. Make a batter with the flour, eggs, squash and the salt and pepper. Add a little water if necessary. When mixed good, add the soy sauce, garlic and onion. Mix very well. Make into patties and fry like a hamburger.
