Cheap Relaxation

    I listen to music when I need a break. That works even in the middle of working. It is cheaper and easy to access anywhere.

    Others here have already mentioned some good ways to unwind, I will add another one: call up a friend.

    I like to get out in nature a bit everyday and go for a walk or just do some zen meditation,so this is really good for my anxiety. I would really recommend that city dwellers find a nice leafy park or hiking trail in nature to help with their relaxation process,and it gets you into a better state of mind or mental health I think. Also I like watching movies with great scenery in them as well-and this always makes me feel better.
