This is a good deal! I find these magazines so expensive, and yet about 70% of the content is advertisements! You can sign up within Canada too, IF you put down a US address to begin with, then once they are going to Mail the first issue to you, change the address to a Canadian one! It works, I know people that have done it. You just need to make sure you remember the US address, so choose a hotel or something you can look up if you forget.
When has a Cosmo subscription ever cOst over $40.00? Perhaps you mean versus paying for each issue bought from a store? I used to subscribe to Cosmo and renewals were always $10-$15.
