I really enjoy Almond Milk for myself and the rest of my family. I even use it to replace regular milk a lot of times when I cook. I just like that it seems to have more good vitamins and minerals per serving. Also since my parents are having a harder time with milk as they are getting older, they tell me it have has been good for them as well.

I drink almond milk, coconut milk, and soy milk. I like the nutty flavor of almond milk, but unfortunately, I have not been able to buy any lately because due to inflation, almond milk is very expensive to buy in my country. We have Alpro (Netherlands) and Provammel (UK) imported here. I like coconut milk too and use it a lot in cooking. It works really nice in dal and other lentil dishes. I make my own coconut milk because coconuts grow in abundance here. I drink soy milk on a regular basis because it is three times cheaper than almond milk here. I like the Good Hope brand imported from South Africa and it is non GMO.
