I was with Cox Communications for over a year, and I wish I hadn't. First of all, they provided me with a bad box, which caused the On Demand to not work half the time. Then, they replaced the box, and On Demand still didn't work well. After a year, they raised my monthly bill $10, even though I was in a two-year contract. The internet would go down in the middle of the night once in a while, and once it took them five hours to fix it. Although customer support was friendly most the time, they were very inconsistent on the information they provided me with. I would literally talk to two different representatives and get two different answers regarding the same question.
Do they offer cable service? If that is the case I am stuck with Time Warner in my area. They are the only company which will provide any type of coverage inside of area.
