    Hey!
I am a vegetarian and was wondering if you guys had experience with any creatine products, and which are the best ones? I was researching , but i think that opinion from people who have actually tried them is better. So having that said feel free to leave a post down below.

From the information I acquired over the years on Creatine, most people don't benefit from it. The body normally produces a sufficient quantity. Uptake of Creatine through the intestines is slow so much of it just goes to waste. Finally, the increase in muscle size that may occur is due to the intake of the creatine in the muscle which is followed by water. Once your creatine levels go down, so do your muscles.

Having said all that, I did try it several years ago, but I didn't feel it did anything for me except make it easier to lift my wallet.
