I am influenced by the way they cook and prepare food in the Mediterranean. I love grilled fish with baked vegetables, fresh salads with plenty of olives and delicious chunks of feta cheese and roasted tomatoes and capsicums with garlic. Not to mention plenty of organic cold pressed olive oil, sea salt and tahini. I adore tsatsiki made with goat yogurt and crispy cucumbers, and a strong black Turkish coffee for dessert.
