Has anyone gone to watch the movie Divergent? I read a bit of the book and I was a little interested in it (even though the beginning was downright boring). A friend of mine had gone to watch it and she said that it was really good (she was drooling over the character Tobias). What are your thoughts on the movie? Good? Bad? So-so?
As with most book's that become movies, it was a little lackluster. A lot of the time, you just can't go into the level of detail in a movie that you can with a book. As for the movie itself, it was kind of your typical entertaining, yet very little substance sort of movie. I'm a big Shailene Woodley fan though and thought her transition into an action movie was pretty good. I'd go see it, but don't be expect to be blown away.
