Gym membership fees can be damn too high. The rates start from around $60 a month for standard membership I hear.

Do you try to save money by exercising at home because much as there can be a slight difference you'd still burn calories, stay fit anyway and save more than $60 a month?

    I do both.

Yes. I pay for a gym membership each month. However. I do not always have the time to go to the gym. Sometimes i have to cut my losses, and do what i can do at home. There is a big difference obviously. At the gym you have all kinds of machines to help you with your goals.

At home all you have is is your body weight for resistance. When i work out at home i do not focus on strength. I focus on Cardio. If you do not have any equipment cardio is the way to go.

Simply because you do not need any equipment for it.
