Do you cook meals a few days in advance?

    This is a great time saver. When my girls were little I would cook on Sunday for at least 3 days in advance to save time. Now I take what ever is in the refrig for a few days and freeze it to be included in a meal later during the week or month or make soup. Making soup is a good way to use up leftovers. Using the slow cooker is also a time saver for the busy person.
