Do you drink milk before you sleep?

    I will agree with this. I just read in a magazine today that some warm milk with a little bit of nutmug will help you fall asleep faster so you can get a good night's rest. I am not sure if the nutmeg helps or if it's just for flavor. I tend to make a little big of hot chocolate and enjoy that before I go to bed. In the fall time, like now, I'll put in a little bit of pumpkin spice or pumpkin spiced creamer to the hot chocolate for a nice flavor under the chocolate.

    goat's milk, please

    I really like milk and peanut-butter and jelly before bed, and it should be goat's milk. Many people are allergic to cow's milk, so it can cause an upset stomach. Try adding it generously to chamomile tea to really relax.

    No, I've never liked the taste of milk. I don't drink it plain at all. If I want a warm beverage before I sleep I drink chamomile tea. It usually makes me feel sleepy and I like the taste of it. I also occasionally drink sleepytime extra. It has chamomile and some other herbs.
