I sure do. This is why I try to not buy lunch meat too much, because I end up snacking on it all day and night, especially if it's the good stuff like a London broil or turkey off the bone. I will eat like a pound of lunch meat in one day if I don't watch myself. The other thing I sometimes get cravings for late in the evenings are breakfast food. It's as if I cannot wait until the following morning, I want an omelette now. I guess that is from hanging out too many nights after the bars and going out for grub at the diners. I cannot fall asleep at all if I have a hungry stomach, and not getting sleep can also be bad for your health and weight, so it's kind of the lesser of two evils to just have a reasonable snack.
