I haven't gone to the gym in about 3 weeks, and feel pretty guilty about it. However, with the warm summer days I've been doing a lot of walking so I am getting enough (or more than enough) exercise. Since I hate the idea of throwing money away, I want to make myself go to the gym in the nice summer months (although this is proving to be very difficult). Any tips and suggestions on how to get yourself to the gym this summer? or should I count this 1 or 2 months of not going to the gym as time off and focus on what I want to do this coming September?
