I don't know about you, but most synthetic perfumes, whether they are cheap or expensive designer perfumes, don't appeal to me at all. They all smell too “generic” to me. Some of those scents make me feel claustrophobic, especially when they take over an entire room. And with men, I often have their aftershave linger on my hands all day if I have to shake their hand. I much prefer people who smell of simple soap and hair shampoo.
