A shopping list has proven to be helpful when buying food. People who have one spend less money and don't fall prey to impulse buying. Do you apply this same philosophy to clothes shopping?

I never tried that. For food that is a good option because you usually go looking for several and specific products. I shop for grocery with a list everytime. But clothes I will usually shop for one or two items at a time, so I don't think a list would be necessary.

I know it sounds so old school, but that's how I do my shopping. I just get confused when I shop without a list. And I hate forgetting something important because you write it down. So, I just got used to always using a list.
