Sometimes I do and I don't think it has any effect on me at days when I do. The thing is, people always say that eating breakfast will prevent you from eating like crazy during lunch but it is never true for me. No matter whether I eat breakfast or not, I always feel full after eating one portion of meal. Sometimes, there's even a day when I eat on an empty stomach and get really full in the end despite eating only one portion of Subway sandwich (half foot one).
I always skip breakfast. It is a bad habit I have always had, but I can't eat in the morning. I try my best to eat a fruit or yogurt in the morning, but most days I'll only have coffee. Which is bad on an empty stomach.
I'm training for a marathon coming up & I can't afford to skip breakfast but when I'm not training I always skip breakfast. I know it's the worst habit but it's just the way I've always been. I'll have some tea or something caffeinated & I'm out the door. Bad bad habit.
I have digestive and or gut problems at the moment, and have been attempting to make steps towards eating something in the morning, because i hear that eating meals sporadically can worsen gut problems, which is something that I cannot afford to happen at the moment.

Starvation is no way to lose weight. Fasting is good for healing in some cases, but for losing weight? It's not healthy. You are depriving your body on a regular basis. Aren't you worried about disease from not enough nutrients? Bone loss? Muscle loss? I never skip breakfast. And I never have weight or health issues because I eat properly.. the only true way of being slim AND healthy. If you're eating enough the rest of the day though and it's proper food, then so be it, but it sounds like you are just trying to trick your body.. which could just lead to health complications. Are you eating enough?

Yes, sometimes if I'm really busy. You're lucky if you lose weight while skipping breakfast. As for me, I gain weight every time I skip breakfast because I intended to eat more during lunch. I don't skip breakfast, but I've started eating it at Taco Bell. I've had nasty breakfast burritos at other places, so I wasn't expecting much, but the Taco Bell breakfast items are pretty good and leave you feeling like you've actually eaten something substantial ,instead of a little biscuit.
