I have always used a napkin when menstruating, and tampoons are not common in here, in fact I haven't seen any yet being sold in the stores over here. I know in western countries tampoons are quite common, right? So which one do you choose to use when you have your period, a napkin or a tampoon? Which is more cost-efficient among the two?
