If not coupons, at least the sales. I'm not an 'extreme' couponer, but I definitely put effort in. In my first couponing trip I saved $42. $38 from shopping what was on sale and $4 from coupons. I look at whats on sale, and what coupons I have and try to get the best deal. I stock up on things and meal plan based on whats on sale. I only don't use coupons/shop sales when I'm grabbing one thing that I forgot and I've got 5 minutes to run into the store! And I kick myself for forgetting it during my grocery trip.
I don't use them on EVERY grocery trip. I only have them out when I'm on a tight budget hehe. But I gotta admit, those little piece of paper can work wonders on my wallet! Maybe I should use them everytime. Now I'm thinking...
I don't use coupons usually because I do most of my grocery shopping online. It's easier. Sometimes there are promotions that I can take advantage of.
I am not a heavy coupon user. The coupons that we usually use are ones that come inside of a purchased product or are attached to the product itself. I do not seem to find many coupons for products we purchase on a regular basis. My local grocery store also doesn't carry coupons for items like they used to. I always bring our price list and a shopping list so I know that I am getting my money's worth. Also, I do like to buy high quality food and I am loyal to certain brands when it comes to meats, snacks, and some condiments. In addition, I am leery of printing out coupons online as the last one I accessed crashed our computer. I would, however, like to get to know my store's sales cycle.
No, I don't on every trip to the grocery store, and I don't get all of our food from grocery stores either, but I do often use coupons and usually will check the paper every week for coupons that I will need to use. It's great to be able to get the things I need for cheaper.
Coupons are just something I will forget to bring with me to the grocery store. If I do remember them, the ones I have will probably be expired. I have also found that most coupons I find are for things I never buy.
I never use coupons at the grocery store for individual items. I had tried a couple of times and it was a pain. You'd have to be super organized I think to do that. I'm not that organized when it comes to that sort of thing. Sometimes we get $5 or $10 off coupons in the mail for the grocery store if we buy a certain dollar amount. I do use those when they come, but that's it. I use coupons about everywhere else though.
I do not use coupons every time I go to the grocery store, in fact I rarely use coupons at all, I guess I am more of sale shopper. I very rarely shop at Publix for anything other than produce, but I always look for their buy one get one free sales it really is a great way to save on certain items and I do the same at Wal-Mart. I typically look for an item to go on sale rather than clip coupons, I do not really know where to find coupons outside of the Sunday paper and the coupons that are available in the paper are almost never the ones I need. I do use coupons for restaurants I love to get a buy one get one free meal, however I still do not use coupons every time I go out. =)
Almost never. I rarely use the products we get coupons for, and even if I would there is usually already a cheaper alternative in the store. So yes, a coupon might mean that I get a higher quality item for the same price but other than that there is no big advantage for me. I do however print out coupons that I get from my local stores fidelity program thing. Those are easier since it's just a general reduction and not for specific items.
I have to admit that i do not use coupons in physical stores. i find it a little embarrassing. However i do use coupons online whenever they are available. It is just a more comfortable experience. In my opinion.
I do try to use them every time. It's easy when you have one of those cards where you can load the coupons on, but only one store in my area does that.
I use coupons every time I shop. I actually carry my coupons with me all the time. Never know when you'll come across a hidden deal.
My Fresh and Easy gives bonus points on selected "electronic coupon" items I pick each week. The points go to cash and you can cash out at 5 dollars. It is part of the F &E Friends club that is free to join. They also just started emailing coupons "just for me" that they base on items I have purchased and I just print and scan them in. Yes, I do this each time and the cash and savings add up.
