Do you use future events as a way to set excercise and wieght loss goals?

    It's good in that it sets you a timeframe/deadline for you to work your weight loss goals. However it's important to continue staying in shape after the event is over! Following a rollercoaster pattern of dieting and exercise, then overeating and failing to exercise is very damaging to your body.
