Does the Bowflex actually work? I have been seeing the Boxflex infomercial with Chuck Norris on TV for ever. I have to ask does anyone here own a Bowflex? Does it really work? I have never seen one in any of the gyms i attend. So, i have not had the opportunity of trying one? Can anyone give me any details about it? Or a review?
