    I have read the forum rules and I have to assume that this is just typical for the site rather than meaning that you did something wrong. I've seen a similar method used on other forums.

    Well, I'm glad I read this before I started posting. I also wanted to chime in that I agree with the poll idea that was posted much earlier in the thread. It seems to be a less scary way of gauging whether people are reading them as opposed to 'alert'. Alert is a little more menacing.

    Forum rules make sense to me. I try to not say anything unless I have something to say. That does not always mean that everyone will think it makes sense.

    This is strictly a question to either the other people reading this or to the moderator, but who sets the rules and guidelines? That was part one of my question. Here is part two, and this goes without asking how much they make, but if someone were to start a forum, first, what do you need to get user's to actually come to that forum? And two, is it worth it (financially) to put all of that time and effort into forming a forum and running it? Isn't it a full time job? That's just my guess. Any answer's would be fantastic, thanks everyone.

    I understand the rules and will not break them. I am here to post my experiences and knowledge to the forum and receive helpful tips and tricks in areas of my interests. Thanks for the break down of what is expected.
