I think this isn't just isolated to eBay. If you buy any clothes online that will be the concern for many. I primarily buy my sweaters and shirts from Lands' End and I'm lucky that they fit me perfectly, but I've purchased dresses and skirts from there for my wife and it's quite difficult to match her exact size. I recently bought a pair of shoes for her for Christmas and I'm hoping they fit!
