    I agree with you that eggs have high levels of cholesterol which has adverse effects for our health. Though with this, they are the cheapest means of proteins which everyone can afford. We cannot conclude that eggs are totally bad for our health because they also contain essential elements for the development of our bodies.

    I used to research about this topic of eggs last year and how harmful they could be to our health. I actually found the opposite from what I grew up knowing. The cholesterol in eggs is good cholesterol and has no adverse effects on our health.

    It means that egg is not harmful and the frequency on intake is what makes it have side effects. As they all say "too much of something is poisonous". The bad cholesterol is found in processed fats like cooking fat or margarine.

    If you don't have any health problems then I think eating eggs would be fine. I sometimes eat as much as 3 eggs a day and my health is just fine.

    Egg: This is a best nutritious foods on Earth. I Love eggs.
