It is actually quite liquidy. You have to be careful when you squeeze the tube because you might end up with too much product. This eye cream has not scent whatsoever, so if you are sensitive to heavy scents, I recommend that you check out this product. Does it help with wrinkles? I am fortunate enough to not have any fine lines (yet) around my eyes so I can't attest to that. I am using it as more of a prevention measure. I think it is very moisturizing and my favorite thing about is that it is not greasy at all. For $1.00, I definitely recommend that you give this product a try.
