There's always ways people can get the most in exercising with as little equipment as possible, even none at all! What I want to hear from you all is how much equipment do you use for exercises, and how much would it typically cost for you?
I use the most cost-efficient equipment for my exercise. I do my workout on my stairs. They don't cost me a single cent. The only thing I have to buy is a pair of shoes. However I get my shoes from the secondhand shops. So I would be spending something like 3.50usd for a pair of slightly used shoes which can last me for a few months.
I only use two dumbells with 4 5 pound plates. A barbel with 4 20 pound plates. It cost me around $100 for that equipment and I think it is already enough for my workout program which is more comcentrated on pecs, shoulders, biceps and triceps.
