I just got an account with them when I decided to surprise my mother with tickets to one of her favorite artist. It worked great and I got amazing seats for cheaper then I could have got scalper tickets off another site. That said I have heard some horror stories, but I don't know - there are always issues with these types of stories... so yeah. Should I continue using Ticketmaster in the future?
Personally never had any problems with them.. but I've also heard horror stories, but in my experience, nothing has ever happened so I'll continue to use them unless something terrible was to happen. I wouldn't be to leery, if something happens, I'm sure you can get your money back somehow.
