When I first started working out to tapes (Yes, they were VHS tapes), the queen of fitness was Jane Fonda. I started out with all of her tapes. Eventually, I started doing Denise Austin, Kathy Smith and who can forget Buns of Steel. These days, I work out to Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds, Tony Horton's Ten Minute Trainer and I still revisit those old Jane Fonda workouts on YouTube from time to time. I'd love to add more variety to my DVDs, so if you have any suggestions for trainers I should try, let me know.

Wow, I hope you didn't date yourself naming all those videos :) Just kidding! I actually like most of Tony Horton's programs. Power 90, P90X, P90X2, and the One on One series. Even though I have watched most of the P90X videos over 200 times, I still find his jokes funny.
