I like the most broccoli and it family like cabbage. I have heard that they are also among the most nutritious vegetables that we could consume. What I like about it, aside from its delicious taste, is its crunchiness. So I really don't like to be overcooked. I like to be just mildly done, so its crunchiness would almost remain the same. I also like beans because they are crunchy. Basically what makes me like a vegetable is their crunchiness.
Yes! I really do love vegetables. I am vegan and they are a staple in my diet. It's hard to pick a favorite because I love just about all of them. To narrow it down some, I love broccoli, spinach, zucchini, butternut squash, pumpkin, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cauliflower, green peppers, chili peppers, and carrots.
I'm a vegetarian and I love vegetables. It would be impossible to list all of the types I like, so I will list the ones I don't like: beets, olives. I want my boyfriend to eat more fruits and vegetables, though, so I am always looking for ways to "hide" them in the less healthy foods. Most of the recipes I see are for little kids, and his taste is at least slightly more involved than that. At least I don't have to make things in smiley-face shape.
I tend to like a lot of vegetables but Beets. I like Carrots, Tomatoes, and Eggplants, so when they are around I juice them, bake them or eat them raw. I am a big fan of the Celery Stalk, which I would snack on.
Beets are the worst, DesignerMum. Last week, I was at the grocery store and they were demonstrating a juicer. They had two kinds of samples. One was orange in color and the other was red. I'm a cheapskate and I love free things, so I took both juice samples. I had the orange one first, because all things red are naturally delicious: Strawberries, raspberries and watermelon are all red and all quite tasty. The orange one was really tasty and had oranges, mangos and carrots. It was really good. I was enthused about the red juice, and put it to my lips with great anticipation. I took the whole sample in one gulp- because, what could possibly go wrong with yummy red, right? IT WAS STRAIGHT BEET JUICE!!! With all of my restraint, I managed to not spew all over the store. I checked out right away so I could cleanse my palate fast with a peach tea. Should I sue, lol?
I actually love vegetables. I like eating lettuce, cabbage, beans, okra, eggplant, potatoes, carrots, sweet corn, etc. But of course I don't eat all vegetables, there are also some that I don't like, like taro for example.
It's crucial that I incorporate vegetables into my low carb diet that I try to stick to as much as possible. My favorite vegetables are carrots, green string beans and salad. I've always loved carrots and enjoyed eating salad, but recently having green beans more often really made me start gravitating more to it and I now consider it one of my top veggie favorites.
I used to hate eating vegetables as a kid. I'm not quite sure when I started eating them but I love 'em now. My absolute favorite is broccoli. I'll devour them any day of the week. Next on my list are eggplants.
I am not really big on eating vegetables. I only eat them when I know that I have been eating too much meat. Also, my mom gets mad when we don't eat vegetables. Some of my favorite veggies include okra, cucumber, squash, lettuce, carrot, potato, tomato, and eggplant. I really love salads though I do not like mayo-based dressings.
I like almost every kind of vegetables. My favourite ones are eggplants, broccoli, tomatoes, potatoes and mushrooms. I eat these regularly. I like eating eggplants steamed, boiled, grilled or fried. Broccoli and tomatoes will usually goes with my spaghetti. Fried or steamed potatoes alone can be my breakfast. Mushrooms with bean curds or meats will be another usual dish of my kitchen. Oh, it's so delicious!
It's not that I dislike vegetables. Sometimes, it's not so much on the vegetables themselves but on the way they're cooked and presented. I mean, don't get me wrong. I love eggplants, cucumbers, cabbages, lentils and zucchinis but when they're cooked in a way that they're swamped with oil, my appetite just drops. I find steamed vegetables and Chopsuey really tasty, however.
My favorite vegetable is a carrot. I love it because it is so tasty to eat. The best dish prepared out of it is a sweet that mom prepares him best. I think it can be really good for health as it also has lots of nutrients and vitamins in it. Also, I love spinach ad I like to eat it better with rice.
