I just discovered a new form of coconut oil that does not get solid , and it is perfect for using in salads instead of olive oil, which is what I usually have been using as part of the salad dressing.
This form of coconut oil is perfectly clear, tasteless and odorless, so it does not have the coconut taste and smell that regular coconut oil has.
I do use the regular coconut oil for cooking because it melts once it gets warm; but for anything that is not heated, it simply will not work.
Since coconut oil is so healthy, I have replaced all of the other oils that I use with coconut oil. I am really happy with the Luana clear coconut oil, and it even works in smoothies, which the regular oil cannot be used for.
It is also great applied directly on the skin for cuts and scrapes, and I use it on my hair as a conditioning treatment also.
