Yes, it is international. I just got mine as well. All you have to do is fill in your details and say why you want a sample. It's about a 6 week wait though, as they've had a lot of interest in the offer. Still, if it's worth having, it's worth waiting for, and I checked up on my Facebook friends while I was there.
