This weekend through June 12th, Gold is free on Xbox 360 and for the first time Xbox One. I didn't post this over in freebies because it's not absolutely free, you need a Microsoft console to take advantage. I've found that even when I have a current subscription to Gold, the free weekends are always useful to reconnect with Xbox live friends who don't play much anymore.
