In south Africa , Game stores have been taken over by Wallmart group and I have to say that I cannot find anything good to say about it.
There service is slow and they are never willing to help, when you buy something online you have to collect it at the store and wait for hours for someone to find the paperwork and getting a refund is a very problematic thing unless you can have the patience to go through the interigation process

Well, it sounds like you're making a judgment about all of those stores when you've only been to a handful of them. It's like every other retail location: you can't judge them all because each one is run slightly different. I'm sure there are great stores owned by Walmart in South Africa. Also, it's Walmart because there's no such company as Wallmart Group. Retail chains beg for customer service-related problems because the focus is on efficiency and profit instead.
