Gas or Electric

I also prefer gas stoves, but having both gas and electric stoves wouldn't hurt

 

I really think that electric ones are much better than gas. Electric ones cook the food more thoroughly and quicker too, in my experience. We currently have a gas cooker and it is no where near as efficient as the electrical one. There is also the added danger of accidentally leaving the gas on though, and so this is a down-side compared to an electrical one too.

 

I'd go for a gas stove. Its better to cook with a gas stove as I can control the heat better than an electric stove.

I just dont have the touch for an electric stove and sometimes I dont cook evenly with it.

 

We have always used a gas stove and its completely safe!

 

I've always preferred electric....it seems safer to me and honestly gas makes me a bit nervous. I know plenty of people that swear by it, though.
