It's 6 dollars per box which includes shipping, which is pretty good in my opinion. You can also get the boxes at any speed you want! You can get them once a week, every two weeks or once a month. I personally only get them once a month. I also like it, because the little containers it comes in are perfect for throwing into a purse or day bag, which is super convenient for me. If you only want the first box for free, after you receive it, you can just cancel your subscription. It DOES require a credit card number, but the company is legit and they will never take random "fees" out, so they're good.
