Do you buy packaged gluten free mixes? I have tried some that are horrible, and other that aren't half bad. Recently I tried the Aldi brand of gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix. I have to say I was pretty impressed. Although the cookie is somewhat greasy, it does hit the spot if you are looking for a chocolate chip cookie. I have also tried Bob's Red Mill chocolate brownie mix. At first bite, yes, it does seem to be pretty good! But something about it is off - I only say that because the tray of brownies will end up sitting around forever. We never end up eating the whole tray that it made, and end up throwing the rest out. Have you tried any gluten free mixes? What are your favorites and which didn't you like?
