Calling all exercise enthusiasts! Hubby and I have recently become committed to getting in shape and exercising more as he was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. We are both in our 40's and haven't really had a whole lot of health issues so this diagnosis came as quite a shock and a wake up call for us. We decided that the best way to ease into cardiovascular fitness was by walking every day and increasing our distance gradually. Our doctor told us about the Gosmart HJ-112N Dual Axis Pocket Pedometer, and I'm so glad he did! It makes keeping track of our steps during the day so fun and easy. This Pedometer comes with a clip for you pocket or belt, but we like being able to stick in our pockets and forget about it. It has become kind of a competition between the two of us on who can get the most steps in a day. I find that I move around a lot more and I am much more active because I want to win! LOL!
