Happy Dance

    It's the inevitable. Those moments when we just are so numb and straight faced. Something has got to give. How are you going to get out of this rut? What is it going to take to get out of this rut? Not knowing just yet what it will be that pulls you out of that rut but when it happens, do you do a 'happy' dance?

    I get excited when something goes right and I do my 'happy' dance. The cabbage patch ;)

    I certainly do but I don't have fixed dance moves and just do some random dancing without a care in the world about its significance or what the movements imply. Usually it's just jumping up and down with a slight turn here and there. There are times when I just wave my hands up in the air with matching twists and turns. I don't do the happy dance unless there is indeed cause for celebration. When I feel awful, I just read and listen to good music until happiness sets in.
