Has anyone done a cost analysis of growing vegetables indoors with grow lights?

    I want to grow vegetables year-round, but I'm concerned about the cost of having to use grow lights for 6 to 8 hours a day. I wouldn't be growing a whole lot, just for one person. I also want to grow herbs and spices.

    How does this effect the electricity bill?
